Juice Junction started with a simple conviction: people in Grand Junction deserve access to genuinely fresh juice and wholesome baked goods without driving across town. We set up shop inside the Hamilton Recreation Center at Colorado Mesa University to put that promise within walking distance of our neighbors.

Every juice is cold-pressed or hand-blended the same day it's served. Every pastry, muffin, and bread loaf comes from our kitchen in the morning — never reheated, never sitting out since yesterday. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's the reason our regulars keep coming back.
